JM Electric Appointed Exclusive TEGG Service Contractor Salinas, CA January 20th, 1999.

JM Electric announced today that it has been authorized as a TEGG® Service distributor for the Bay Area and Central California Coast. As the only electrical contractor authorized to utilize the TEGG System for this region, JM will be providing their customers with a unique and customizable program of predictive and proactive care of their building's electrical system.

The TEGG Service Contractor Network is a nationwide network of quality electrical service contractors. Each contractor goes through a rigorous and extensive training programs before being approved.

 

JM Electric Celebrates its 54th Anniversary Salinas CA August 1st, 2002.

JM Electric announced today that it has been in operation for over 50 years, providing quality service and support to industries and institutions in the Bay Area and Central Coast of California.

Founded by Lucky Jensen and Jim Mertz in August 1948, the company has seen steady growth in their client base, developing an enviable reputation in providing high quality service and support. Currently managed by Rick and Christopher Jensen and headquartered in Salinas the company employs over 60 staff.

In 1990, the Jensen family established Central Coast Systems to focus on the growing demand for high quality low voltage systems. Central Coast Systems specializes in fire alarm, school and hospital systems, telephone and CCTV, Distributed Video and data infrastructures. Now in its 10th year of operation, CCS employs over 15 staff.
