History

JM Electric has been serving the central coast since 1948. Within that time, J M Electric has become the premier provider of quality and professional electrical services in the area. Einner Jensen and Jim Mertz were the two founding men of J M Electric.

In 1999 J M Electric was chosen as the exclusive TEGG Service Contractor for Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito and southern Santa Clara countries. Distinguished by its professional and efficient dedication to serving its customers, TEGG Service was created and developed by a leading international industry team whose goal was to establish and innovative approach to providing predictive and proactive maintenance for electrical distribution systems.
